Sub-accounts

A sub-account usually maps to a GoHighLevel location. There you configure WhatsApp, AI, translation, billing, and notifications for that location.

List​

Under Sub Accounts you see the sub-accounts you can access. Open one for detail, or use create/import actions your account provides.

Typical list view​

  • The help text reflects that you manage your GoHighLevel integrations.
  • Search, import locations from GHL, and opening detail are usually available.
  • A manual “new sub-account” button on the global list may not appear for your account; use import or ask whoever manages your organization to add the location.
  • The Owner column or other extra columns may be hidden depending on how the list is configured for you.

Detail​

Status​

  • Connected to GHL: you can use WhatsApp sessions and sync.
  • Other states: check the Connection tab and on-screen warnings.
