Features overview
Features are optional or advanced capabilities you turn on per sub-account (and sometimes per agency): connection routing, drip pacing, n8n automation, translation, voice, groups, interactive WhatsApp payloads, and more.
Most configuration lives in Sub Accounts → open a location → tabs (WhatsApp numbers, AI & translation, Voice, Connection, Groups, Notifications, etc.). The pages in this section explain what each feature does, when to use it, and how to set it up without repeating the full GHL or WhatsApp basics.
