First sign-in

Sign in​

  1. Open the WhatGHL URL your agency (or whoever gave you access) provided.
  2. On Login, enter your username and password.
  3. After a successful sign-in you will normally land on the Dashboard.

If you open WhatGHL inside an iframe in GoHighLevel, the app may detect the GHL context. Follow the on-screen steps and, if you see an error, make sure you do not block pop-ups when connecting or confirming data.

Sign out​

In the lower part of the sidebar, use the sign out button (logout icon). That ends the session in this browser.

Profile and appearance​

  • Profile: from your name in the sidebar you can open edit profile and update the details shown on the account.
  • Light / dark theme: use the theme toggle next to sign out.

If this is your first time, you may need to complete Onboarding or connect a GHL agency before everything is available.
