What is WhatGHL?
WhatGHL connects GoHighLevel (GHL) with WhatsApp so you can manage conversations, sessions, and automations from a dashboard built for agencies and their locations (sub-accounts).
This guide is written for people who use WhatGHL day to day (your agency and the team that manages locations and conversations). It does not cover technical infrastructure details.

What you can do in the app
- Link your GHL agency and import or manage sub-accounts (locations).
- Create and manage WhatsApp numbers (sessions), scan the QR code, and reconnect when needed.
- Configure translation, AI, voice (text-to-speech), notifications, and billing options per sub-account.
- Work from the web dashboard or, if your agency has it enabled, from the experience embedded inside GHL.
Before you start
- Access granted by your organization (username and password, or sign-in flow from GHL).
- Permissions in GoHighLevel to authorize the app when the system asks.
- An up-to-date browser; connecting GHL often requires allowing pop-ups during authorization.
How to use this documentation
Use the sidebar. Sections follow the recommended order: sign-in → GHL integration → sub-accounts → Features (WhatsApp sessions & groups, proxy, TTS, routing, and more) → billing and common questions.
For a walkthrough of menus and screens in a typical day-to-day account, read Your workspace in WhatGHL. For how to configure advanced options per sub-account, start at Features overview.
