I cannot connect GoHighLevel

  • Allow pop-ups in the browser for the WhatGHL site.
  • Make sure your GHL user can authorize applications.
  • Close a half-finished OAuth window and start the flow again from the connect button.
  • Try another browser or disable extensions that block cookies or scripts.

The WhatsApp QR code does not work

  • Scan from WhatsApp on the phone (Linked devices), not the generic camera unless the flow says so.
  • If the QR expires, request a new one on the same screen.
  • The phone needs a stable Internet connection; reinstalling or signing out of WhatsApp can help when stuck.

The session stays on “Reconnecting” for a long time

  • Wait several minutes; the session may recover without scanning again.
  • Restart WhatsApp on the phone or re-link the device if the state does not change for a long time.
  • If it persists, contact your agency support with the session name and affected sub-account.

I do not see my sub-account

  • Check the correct agency is connected under Agencies.
  • See if you need to import locations from onboarding or sub-account management.
  • Your user may be scoped to certain sub-accounts; ask your agency or whoever manages permissions.

Email notifications do not arrive

  • On the sub-account Notifications tab, verify email, the on/off toggle, and use send test if available.
  • Check spam and that the sender domain is not blocked.

The app inside GHL is blank or loads forever

  • Reload the GHL tab or reopen the app from the GHL menu.
  • Try a private window or without extensions.
  • Make sure your GHL session has not timed out.

I do not see Users, Coupons, or the Admin panel

Those screens are not part of the standard menu for most day-to-day accounts. Usual work happens in Dashboard, Sub Accounts, and Agencies. If you need people or discount coupons set up, ask whoever manages your WhatGHL organization.

I cannot create a sub-account with “New Account”

Manual creation from the global list is often limited by how your access is configured. Import locations from GoHighLevel or ask your agency to register the sub-account. See also Sub-accounts overview.

Who to contact

For account limits, pricing, or internal permissions, contact your agency or the support channel you were given. For product issues, use whatever channel your organization defined (email, tickets, etc.).
