Agencies

The Agencies section lists agency accounts linked to GoHighLevel for your organization.

  • Use add or connect for an agency.
  • The GHL authorization flow opens (pop-up). Accept permissions with a GHL user allowed to connect apps to that agency.
  • After linking, the agency appears in the list with status and summary data (e.g. number of sub-accounts).

If you can unlink an agency, confirm the impact: access to locations and sync may be affected until you connect again.

Payments and subscription​

If the screen shows it, you will see the agency’s billing status (payment account, subscription, etc.). Complete any steps when verification or payment-provider details are missing.

Embedded experience in GHL​

Some agencies configure embedded onboarding, paywall, button copy, or appearance (colors and font) inside GHL. Change only what the UI allows and per your organization’s policies.
