| Term | Meaning |

| Agency | Your (or your client’s) GoHighLevel agency account linked to WhatGHL. Managed under Agencies. |
| Sub-account | Usually a GHL location in WhatGHL’s UI. Where you configure WhatsApp, AI, billing, and more for that site. |
| Session | A WhatsApp number connected to a sub-account: pairing, QR, reconnect, priority, and routing. |
| GoHighLevel (GHL) | The CRM/automation platform WhatGHL integrates with via OAuth. |
| Message codes | Text tokens in GHL outbound messages (#WH, #POLL, #EVENT, …) that WhatGHL interprets before sending to WhatsApp. See Message codes from GoHighLevel. |
| Direct Pay | Billing mode where the sub-account (or end client) pays the platform directly. See Billing modes. |
| Agency Managed | The agency bills the client; settlement with the platform follows your org’s rules. |
| Agency Pays | The agency covers cost for that sub-account. |
| Queue / pipeline | Outbound work is processed through queues (durable jobs, workers) before delivery to WhatsApp. Routing and session priority are covered in WhatsApp numbers and sessions. |
